FREEPORT SHIP PILOTS CONTINUE OPERATIONS |

FREEPORT, Texas - The Freeport Ship Pilots Association continue operations. All ship traffic continues as normal. Mariners are advised that aids to navigation may be off station and should exercise the slowest speed and use caution when transiting through the area. The Pilot Association is responsible for guiding deep draft commercial ships, such as oil tankers and bulk carriers, through the ship channel.
