Gulf Intracoastal Waterway open with restrictions 

The Gulf Intracoastal Waterway is open with the following restrictions:

• The GIWW is closed between MM 290 (West Port Arthur Bridge) to MM 317 (High Island) due to storm debris in the waterway
  
• Closure due to sunken vessels at mile marker 349, 346 and 329(West Harvey Locks) - salvage underway.
